How we tested Sour refill pack here
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Canada
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Canada.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised CA$53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.84 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.84 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
