Salted box mod E-Cigarette in Canada: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Salted in Canada: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Salted in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A salted box mod from the budget options in Canada costs about CA$2.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: salted in Canada works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted box mod really costs in Canada
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Canada are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested salted in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Canada.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised CA$64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.41 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
How long does salted in a box mod last?
In Canada we measured 5 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
