Ordering E-Cigarette to Canada: the practical version
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Canada are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: plum in Canada works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Canada
Plum vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Canada.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Canada survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is plum legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.63 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
