Plum starter kit E-Cigarette in Canada: the guide shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Plum in Canada: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum in Canada reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A plum starter kit from the starter options in Canada costs about CA$2.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Canada
Plum starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Canada.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.36 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.36 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
