Plum starter kit E-Cigarette in Canada: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Plum in Canada: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Canada are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A plum starter kit from the budget options in Canada costs about CA$3.35 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum starter kit really costs in Canada
Plum in Canada reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
