Plum RDA E-Cigarette in Canada: the best shortlist
Plum in Canada: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Ordering E-Cigarette to Canada: the practical version
A plum RDA from the best options in Canada costs about CA$1.98 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum RDA really costs in Canada
If you are looking at plum in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised CA$66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.98 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | CA$66 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$1.98 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
