Plum mesh tank E-Cigarette in Canada: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Plum in Canada: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
Plum mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: plum in Canada works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum mesh tank really costs in Canada
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.1 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Canada.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Treating the advertised CA$38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.1 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
