Plum e-liquid bundle E-Cigarette in Canada: the guide shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Plum in Canada: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plum in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum e-liquid bundle really costs in Canada
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.06 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.06 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
