Pear pod kit E-Cigarette in Canada: the deals shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Pear in Canada: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the pear habit
Pear pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.25 per 10 ml.
The short version: pear in Canada works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear pod kit really costs in Canada
Pear in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested pear in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for pear in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.25 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
