Mint in Canada: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Ordering E-Cigarette to Canada: the practical version
The honest read on mint: 18 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.82 per 10 ml.
The short version: mint in Canada works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint refill pack really costs in Canada
Mint in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mint in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Canada.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where mint goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised CA$65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.82 per 10 ml.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for mint in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
