Frozen starter kit E-Cigarette in Canada: the best shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Frozen in Canada: 24 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What frozen costs in Canada
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Frozen in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: frozen in Canada works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Canada
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$3.55 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.55 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does frozen in a starter kit last?
In Canada we measured 2 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
