Frozen cartomizer E-Cigarette in Canada: the compare shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Frozen in Canada: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
Frozen cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.72 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Canada
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.72 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Canada.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised CA$65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.72 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$1.72 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
