Caramel starter kit E-Cigarette in Canada: the wholesale shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Caramel in Canada: 9 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
A caramel starter kit from the bulk options in Canada costs about CA$3.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run caramel the same way in Canada: same starter kit, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel starter kit really costs in Canada
If you are looking at caramel in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
