Caramel refill pack E-Cigarette in Canada: the deals shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretoonline
Caramel in Canada: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
How we tested Caramel refill pack here
A caramel refill pack from the discounted options in Canada costs about CA$2.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: caramel in Canada works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel refill pack really costs in Canada
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Canada survives.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
