What the label on Candy is allowed to say
A candy starter kit from the flat-rate options in Canada costs about CA$2.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.8 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested candy in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Treating the advertised CA$54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.8 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why candy tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.8 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
